Golden Boy's younger brother tests as the stronger of the two, which is why Vought locked him in the Woods instead of building a brand around him. Sam tears people apart barehanded and shrugs off structural damage, though his hallucinations make him the least predictable heavy in Gen V.

Sage Grove turned Cindy into an adult Compound V test subject, and she left the facility by imploding a guard who shot at her. Steel doors crumpled behind her on the way out, and nobody working that hospital had an answer for her at all.

Kevin Moskowitz breathes underwater, swims at speed and talks to marine life, a power set close to useless in the fights this show actually stages. Vought keeps him in the Seven for the brand, and every scrap he gets into on dry land is staged as comedy.

Pyrokinesis let Lamplighter torch targets on command, and he burned Grace Mallory's grandchildren alive in an attack that had been meant for her. Guilt over that killed him in season 2, when he set himself on fire inside Vought Tower.

Billed as the smartest person on the planet, Sage has no combat ability whatsoever and lobotomizes herself just to switch the noise off, healing the damage afterward. She drew up Homelander's political takeover, and he still put a blade through her skull to remind her who was in charge.

Eye contact was all Mindstorm needed to lock a target inside a permanent nightmare, which is where Butcher ended up until Soldier Boy forced him to undo it. Another Payback member with a place on Soldier Boy's revenge list, he died with his head caved in by that shield.

His carbon skin bent light around him and turned away bullets, making him the hardest member of the Seven to touch despite having no offensive power at all. Hughie killed him in the second episode of the series with a bomb, because the skin only protected the outside.
